Effective January 1, 2006 we will discontinue the ELITE PROVIDER GROUPING.  This program will be replaced by PREMIER VENDOR PROGRAM (PVP) and all qualified vendors will be automatically enrolled.

We have upgraded our bonus program and now PVP affiliates will receive an additional $20.00 every time that our Customer Satisfaction Survey comes back with rating of 5 stars or better. 

PVP affiliates will receive 75% payment 7-10 days before the charter and the balance will be paid 48 hours after the charter is completed.

Affiliates that perform services in excess of $20,000 per month and extend 30 days net billing, will receive a bonus equivalent to 1.5% of the total monthly billing.
